What to do if you hear no sound while using Wowzers

So you are currently using Wowzers, but cannot hear anything?

First, make sure that the computer audio is on and that the volume is turned up. If that doesn’t work, try using a pair of headphones. If other students are not having any audio issues, then the problem may be that your computer’s audio is not working properly.

If all students are having issues with audio (cannot hear the Text-to-Speech, Lesson instruction, sound effects, music, etc.), please contact Wowzers support by clicking on the “Tips & Help” tab on the left side of the screen.

As always, feel free to contact us with technical issues at support@wowzers.com.
