Bringing the 'Personalized Experience' to All Wowzers Users
In the world of EdTech, administrators and school staffers (teachers, curriculum coordinators, math coaches, etc.) are our customers and they deserve the same individualized attention as the students using Wowzers. That's why we make sure to avoid traditional ground-and-pound sales strategies. Going school door-to-school door is worn out and causes the individual school and staff members to be marginalized, essentially turning these great places of learning into targets.
Just as teaching to the middle of the class with heavily didactic methods can result in passive learning, employing out-of-date sales and marketing tactics often delivers less-than-impressive results and leaves potential customers frustrated or disinterested. That's why the Wowzers Sales and Marketing team is always seeking new tools and methods to personalize, differentiate, and individualize experiences for all Wowzers users.
How we Tailor Wowzers to Each and Every School
Often times it is hard for teachers to know when students are struggling, have a need, or have a question, without some kind of visual or verbal notification from the student. Whether it's a hand raise, a digital click, or a simple "can you help me with this?", the initial notification creates a dialog between educator and student where understanding and solutions begin to take shape.
Similarly, the Wowzers team is looking for schools with their "hands up". Through data and outreach, we can call on those schools that want to be called on. Once called on, we reach out to begin a personalized conversation with the school where we work together to identify the school and students' needs/goals. Next, we strive to understand these unique needs and goals and begin creating a solution that fits.
From there, our account executives are partnered with school leadership to develop a unique solution that addresses what is important to each individual school and implement that solution so that everyone is positioned to succeed. Finally, our customer care team members ensure all students and teachers have multi-point access (chat, phone, help section, etc.) to assist wherever needed.
