Per Forbes, a recent survey by the National Survey on Mobile Technology for K-12 Education shows a substantial increase in Chromebook adoption (or planned adoption) in schools across America.
However, this apparent increase still leaves Google's powerful Chrome netbook sales looking up at Apple's tablet giant and EdTech darling, the iPad. The May 2013 survey indicates an astounding 81 percent of schools have adopted or plan to adopt iPad, compared to the Chromebook's 31 percent.
